Frequently asked questions

Looking to give your people something completely unique and immersive? We create custom virtual reality environments, opening a whole new world of possibilities. For example, using a theory-driven approach, we design virtual training experiences that reduces the time and money necessary to train complex topics. We also design marketing and communication materials that brings your unique world to your customers in an unforgettable way.

Getting good takes practice. And today’s technology give creators the opportunity to create failure-tolerant experiences in high levels of detail. Set, reset, retry and repeat; this program of deliberate practice activities has been shown to improve learning outcomes. Our theory-driven approach emphasizes presence, immersion, and embodiment to maximize the effectiveness of our VR experiences.

Immersion is how much a virtual experience looks like real-life; presence is how much a virtual experience feels like real-life. And embodiment is how much you project yourself into the experience. Research suggests that the more a learning activity engages a learner’s senses, the more quickly and accurately they will encode and recall that information.

A very small percentage of people experience some issues when using head-mounted displays. Most cases are mild nausea or discomfort, but can sometimes range to more serious reactions. In these cases, we always recommend using head-mounted displays with adequate safety/supervision in place.

Depending on the experience, some fall risks may be present. ClassVR has done a nice job with these health and safety standards.
